Realtor FAQ
Your Client. Our Expertise.
Your relationship with your client does not end at the closing table, and neither should the support you are able to provide. Going Coastal Properties partners with Realtors throughout Georgetown County and the surrounding coastal communities to provide professional long-term property management for investors, second-home owners, relocating clients, and homeowners considering the rental market.
Our team can assist with rental analysis, property management consultation, resident placement, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and ongoing management. Just as importantly, we respect the relationship you have built with your client. Our role is to support that relationship, provide the property-management expertise your client needs, and help you remain their trusted real estate advisor.
Common Realtor Questions
A: Your clients receive professional long-term property management from a locally owned team that understands Georgetown County and the surrounding coastal market. We handle the day-to-day responsibilities of property management while helping you provide your client with a trusted resource beyond the real estate transaction. A: No. We view the referring Realtor as an important partner and respect the relationship you have built with your client. Our role is to provide professional property management services, not to interfere with your existing client relationship. We want to help you remain your client's trusted real estate advisor while we handle the management of the rental property.
A: There are many situations where professional property management can help. Your client may be purchasing an investment property, relocating and deciding whether to sell or rent their existing home, having difficulty selling a property, inheriting a home, becoming an accidental landlord, or simply wanting professional management instead of handling a rental themselves.

We can provide a management perspective on potential rental properties and help your client understand leasing considerations, estimated market rent, resident demand, and ongoing property management requirements.
A: Our team will contact the client, learn about the property and their objectives, evaluate their management needs, and explain our services and management process. If they decide to move forward, we handle onboarding and keep the transition as simple as possible.
